translated the important bits as i cant translate the entire thing. heres some extra info:
you can kill qb by clicking on top-left of title screen
d for debug mode
clicking the star on bottom right increases difficulty up to 5 star difficulty
panties only count for combos
morning rescue doesn't give points
picture with moonspeak gives 1k points
click a bunch of shit to see stuff after you lose
