your timing has to be extremely precise, and all you are rewarded with is a cum shot, an ending
still with her being pregnant and the option to replay. This makes for a challenging game true to
the source material, but a poor 'game' to fap too.

You don't even have to time it properly during the focus part. In my case at least, I didn't fail
while mashing left click, so just spam click until it works.
