haven't decided yet, but it might be noteworthy that I don't live in Amerifats, there is actually a
wide selection of smaller semi-independent companies here and I can imagine the situation in USA,
because my current ISP is the quasi-monopolist and it shows
there haven't been any noticable censorings yet, I can't recollect any instance where a website
that wasn't already DNS cut was actively censored, but I haven't been to too many "illegal" sites
during the past years, so who knows
they sure as hell monitor everything though I assume, so you're still toast without TOR
