Something about the background of people continuing to live their lives, each with their unique
turmoils we will never understand, their idiosyncrasies we will never witness, and eventual
remorse and sorrow consequent of their OWN deaths we will never feel. Yet we see Aniki, someone
of whom we felt and "knew" in the foreground, alas, fading in and out of existence. Persisting
only through vague and fleeting reminiscence. No matter how hard we try to maintain the memory of
him, the daily toils prevail, and we become a background silhouette in the ocean of shadows.
