rip xp-tan

Windows 3.1: 1993
Windows 95: 1995
Windows NT 4.0: 1996
Windows 98: 1998
Windows 2000: 2000 (NT 5)
Windows XP: 2001 (NT 5)
Windows Vista: 2006 (NT 6)
Windows 7: 2009 (NT 6)
Windows 8: 2012 (NT 6)
Windows 10: 2015 (NT "10")
Why was the NT 5 kernel family so superior? Not only did the upgrade from NT 5 to 6 take twice
the normal Microsoft OS turnaround time, but XP went on to live for over a decade because Early
NT 6 was total shit. Even now, almost 2 decades after, 10 is far less stable (in userland, the
kernel side is ok) than XP was.

I will never let anyone take XP-tan from me.
I'd rather install gentoo than fucking win10.
It's funny that starting with win7, Microcrooks put their own designed tans onto their OS, so
XP-tan is the last true OS-tan.
