Not really. It's a sizeable explosion, and will light up seismic detectors across the world if
you test underground. Above ground it would probably still shake things up pretty bad (haven't
checked to be sure), but will now be detectable from orbit. Wouldn't be so bad if it was just US
and CCCP satellites up there, but with UK, Fr, PRC, Jn, In, Cn, etc. operating in orbital space,
