Actually yeah! It was pretty good, it kept the original thought but added a bit more spice!
Kinda like Panty and Stocking dub,just maybe not that far. Really recommend you watch it!

The Dub actually is pretty close to the Sub. like the other poster said, some things are switched
to where they might make a bit more sense to an American audience. For example, the mains in the
story are voiced similarly to their races in the Dub. Some content is switched like, if I'm not
mistaken, the driver in the part where Rock was taken hostage I think some was changed for
Americans. Been a while since I watched the Sub, so I could be wrong. Also, the fact Rock was a
translator for Balalaika makes a bit more sense. Hell, even the scenes in Japan are a bit off
since your don't get the repeated switch between languages throughout. Just a few opinionated
examples.

voice. im sure there's a name for when your speaking in such a way, americans always apply it to
anime for some reason
