It doesn't it's just that her head is a thin black line compared to the thick hair black lines
that the middle characters have. The green lines go over the red scratchy background thing.

It doesn't, the black is over the line-renderer that the waveform sound thing. When you render
multiple things like that one has to be drawn first, then another drawn over and so on and you
end up with a series of layers. The black outlines are the foremost layer, followed by the green
thing, followed by the red scratchy background, then black for the far background.
