25 to be exact. According to IMDB the actor with the most on screen death is Christopher Lee with
70.
According to Slashfilm he has the highest film to death ratio but I don't know how accurate they
are given they're missing so many actors from their chart:

I think they key thing is, he's one of the most deaths for an actor still living, and specificly,
one within our generation.
john hurt has more films, and more deaths, but has about the same percentage (30%) but a lot of
people are hard pressed to know who that is unless they're Dr who fans or have given been given a
primer on science fiction movies.
(best one for him is dying to alien coming out of stomach once in Alien, and then same setup, at
diner, in spaceballs)
