Hey /f/ellas I've come by to let you all know that the Summer Cup starts this Friday and we're up
against /r9k/ once again at a approximately 20:20 UTC. Following that we're playing /biz/ on
sunday roughly around the same time. I'll be honest this is the first real time I actually have 0
idea of anything at all. It feels weird almost like starting over again. But regardless I'll do
my best and I apologize in advance for my ineptitude at aesthetics I hope you'll at least enjoy
me stretching the limits of PES' in game face editor a bit. This is only a temporary thing for
now please understand.

Some of ours date back to like.. 2009. I don't think a single one of them started in the last

Is that good or bad? Does it mean we're stagnant? Or that we are The Olde Guard, remembering the

They say /po/ is the slowest board, but if you subtract empty reposts and requests, it's /f/ for

I poured my heart into some of those reposts!
Also I can't make threads because 4chan has my entire network blocked from it. Rest assured that
I'll be posting something I dug out of the woodwork which hasn't seen the light of day in 10
years once I can.
I don't speak for everyone on /f/, since I know that there's people here who have been around
since it was made, but I only started coming to /f/ since 2013 and I'd expect a huge portion of
/f/'s population is at post 2012.

I also don't think that there's been a single new /f/ in-joke to qualify for a new player; sure
something like "10 year old repost" could be a suggestion but it's not like that's a phrase
posted on /f/ a lot. I don't follow this event that closely but IIRC a team member referencing
timephenomenon.swf was shuffled out for something else. Maybe we can continue the tradition of
reposts and put it back in.

/f/ regularly gets new flash content, not at the fastest of paces but it still makes its way here.

Just slowly aggregating other website's content without any filter method like votes or even
moderation outside of legality makes us a worse reddit, and almost completely obsolete compared
to just posting directly to swfchan.

It's how /f/ has always been. Everyday has been repost day here for a very long time. /f/'s
unique charm has always been being a time capsule where old memes never really go away. They just
dont get posted for a while. I dont think you have this on any other board where they'll still
indulge in a 10+ year old meme joyfully. Old stuff on /f/ never feels out of place like it does
on the other boards. And while /f/'s speed has certainly slowed down over the years we haven't
had a thread last three years like one did on /po/ or even /i/ although again I believe due to
/f/ being limited to a single page. As for whether its good or bad I think is a perspective

since i've heard that adobe will discontinue swf in 2020 and a lot of flsh galleries are dying,
i've decided to convert them to video in order to preserve them but sometimes i doubt if this is
