Hey no worries bud, it happens. I failed a couple of classes during my undergrad, I took them
again, passed, and went on to grad school. Now I teach at my university (and I even teach some of
the courses where I didn't do very well, but have come to understand the material better now
through teaching it, it really helps). You shouldn't feel bad, but the fact that you feel even
the slightest bit of remorse for your mistakes means that you're learning, you want to become
better, you want to improve. Just try harder next time, it'll all work out, I promise.

Cheerup sadanon, at least you care enough to feel bad. Means you have what it takes to do
something about it and succeed in the future.
Ganbare!

Academic forgiveness removes badly done courses from your record, so you might not even need to
retake them if they're not necessary to your school goals.
>>3403357
Even if his current GPA is pretty bad, some places do academic forgiveness if you show grades
good enough in future semesters.

Never failing means you were not taking enough risks. Sorry for sounding liek some 2010's ebin
courage wolf macro here, but really if you always choose to safest option that path will not lead
anywhere in the long term. Talking from experience; never lost anything but never really gained
either, and now I feel empty.
Imagine if you never failed any exams. Imagine if all the exams were piss-easy. You'd feel like
you have wasted your life by not living it to the fullest, or even at all. And that what-if
feeling is poison that devours you slowly for the rest of your life.
By failing you know you know exactly where the limit of your current skills are. Now you can
either improve upon your now-known weaknesses or focus somewhere else. Either way you'll be fine
as long as you keep trying.

Thank you. The problem is that this is my last semester and I already signed an agreement to
terminate my lease and all that hell in plans to leave this hell state, so if I fuck up, it's a
bit more than just retaking a class,

Thank you, Anon-sama. Your kind words will forever guide me in times of darkness.

Thank you all for your kindness in replying. I actually assumed no one would reply and that it'd
get bumped off pretty quickly, then I remembered that empty subject = text becomes subject and
that /f/ is basically dead on Wednesdays. If I wasn't in the middle of a panic, I'd have left it
as something innocuous so it didn't look like I was making /f/ my blog.
Thanks for checking out my blog, I'll keep you all updated when the grade gets posted so you can
all laugh at my idiocy.

Don't worry about that, you can always renegotiate. Remember that you have some leverage; they
know you and it can be easier for them than to get a new tenant and the hassle involved. Just
don't appear desperate, and have some (even rudimentary) backup plans. That is the art of the
deal.
