Yeah, I would do it from scratch but flash won't work with wine and I don't have a Windows
machine handy. Is there a guide to make this kind of thing in swftools?

Why? That's just a tool.
A loop isn't exactly difficult to make even with flash. I guess I can't speak for everyone, but
for me, the appeal of loops isn't the skill needed to pair audio with visuals, but the idea of
the juxtaposition with the two together and the work of creating a looping audio track and making
visuals that work well.
That being said, OP's loop doesn't loop all too great and stutters a ton. Its not awful, but the
visuals need improvement.
