So every time you fill the meter the length of the timer increases by 5 seconds, the goal is to be
able to finish the climax animation before the timer runs out. You can do it with 15-20 seconds,
just hit the timer and fill the bar almost to full, then wait and don't click anything until you've
hit the timer again, quickly finish and you should be able to get a special delayed reaction finish.
