If adobe stops supporting flash then what?
Can't we just use the latest version which adobe relased forever and ever even if no new versions
come?

firefox will probably remove NPAPI support entirely (forks likely will as well unless they want
to keep NPAPI supported, which may become a lot of work overtime)
chrome and most chromium-based browsers will probably refuse to load it even though they can, but
probably at least one will be okay with it
of course standalone flash, or using older browsers is not going anywhere (ultimately can use VMs
if the OS can't even run it anymore), but that certainly doesn't bode well for the survival of
anything flash related on the web, will just be forgotten stuff laying in archives

just use an older version of firefox for browsing /f/?
or a fork with NPAPI support like Waterfox?
Internet Explorer will never get updated so that'll always work, and microsoft can't remove it or
Windows will break

don't see why not /f/ has to no longer exist once the browser support for flash is gone. The loss
of support certainly would be a major detriment to the board's convenience, community, and
overall experience. However, I think it's plausible that we still could use /f/ to discuss our
.swfs of interest and download them from archives to be viewed via the appropriate non-browser
software.

Using the standalone Flashplayer is perfectly fine in my opinion.
It's just going to make things a bit more difficult for those who don't want to hop through any
extra hoops to view to files.

Isn't that supposed to be Raziel from Soul Reaver? And the others are the bosses from that game?
