KyoAni was a cancer studio, but there were also a lot of genuine good people in the higher up
positions, who also died. Also it was a studio that was sort of a stepping stone to better
artists, they soon leave and join better studios, so quality elsewhere will also dip. Not to
mention that there aren't that many anime studios to begin with and they often share manpower, so
losing one will impact the entire industry...
