Unfortunate almost all of them disappeared in time.
So only I can recommend old pixiv full dump 2007-2009(2010-2011 too but hard to find good
content).
And geocites jp and similar old Japanese web hosting + their archive and archive of personal site
in internet archive( but I'll say like 5% of good sites was archived).
