you can cross reference the chord progression to jazz standards, and at the very least you might
find a very similar song, if not the one you're looking for. It may sound like grasping at
straws, because it is. I checked sfwchan and people have been unable to find the sauce for years
and years. It's not a miracle breakthrough but its better than nothing I guess

like its not uncommon for multiple songs in the jazz vein (swing, bossa, blues, jazz ballads etc)
to have the same chord progression. It wouldnt be surprising to me if someone managed to procure
the chords for this song, and the chord progression is similar if not identical to another bossa
