You need to find 7 rune papers to get the best ending. You only have one chance per chapter.
1st is from your grandfather before you go into the mansion.
2nd is from the ghost hunter
3rd is from the first floor bathroom.This is easy to miss.
4th is from the upper right hand cave
5th is from a scripted sequence
6th is from the garden outside
7th is from the shrine

1st ghost needs a diary you can get by exploring the rooms.
2nd need items from the VIP rooms,the second floor batheroom and one of the second floor bedrooms.
3.Ask the ghost for a key then go into the caves
4.Speak to her in the court yard and pick every dialog option
5.Ask for a key than check the basement
6.check the deposit outside. NOTE:THIS WILL BE MARKED BLANK IN YOUR INVENTORY.ITS STILL
THERE.CHECK THE FIRST SLOT.
