raw capture at 1080 is 600mb, encoded 38mb audio downsampled too 96kbps with a video rate of 432
@ video 15fps gives you 9.4mb -- I had it at 10.2mb nice but /f/ refused to accept. either scrap
audio or video. chose video. like it or piss off.

H264 for raw, vp6.1 for swf codec mp3 for audio, or H264 for raw, native flashvideo for swf
codec, vp61 gave a better output
