What do you think of season 2 so far?
I don't think it's bad but there has been too little Saitama. He's mostly just been sitting
around waiting for the tournament to start. Latest ep (7) was finally the payoff for all that
waiting. Something like this is to be expected tho since we already know his strength from the
first season.
Will probably make a better judgement of how well executed the new episodes was when rewatching
the episodes in a row once all are out. I just hope Tatsumaki will get a glimpse of Saitama's
power before it's over.

It's a tricky one - I'm up to date with the manga currently, and to be honest overall I'm kinda
disappointed with this arc in both mediums. The anime has been pretty faithful, but hasn't
adapted it terribly well.
On the other hand, a lot of Garou's scenes (bar his fight with Metal Bat) have exceeded my
expectations. Garou is love, Garou is life. This season only has 12 episodes so I'm not expecting
it to get to anything that's actually good, but what we've had of best boi has been kinda decent.
Basically I'm a big gay for Garou and that is literally the only reason I'm watching this season.

Animation is sub-par compared to the first season, which had more talented people on board. Such
a shame. I'd rather just read the manga and shake the panels during action scenes. What an
embarrassment of a second season, honestly.

I was really afraid it would be utter shit
But it was actually pretty good.
But it does nothing but animate what we already saw in the manga.
It actually goes waaaay too fast if you ask me. It has a really weird pace overall... Im not
talking about how the story goes by, more like, the "cuts" and spaces between each "lines"
But animation is far better than expected
It does its job. No risk taken. No originality. No breath-taking moments.
And I'm sad they re-use every single OST we already heard. Genos theme is great but cmon, you can
do better than that.
I watched every episode anyway. And I'll continue to do so.
Im hyped for Garou 1v5 fight :3

Except it doesn't really show the little quirks and various bits of dialogue in the manga. The
first season was generous enough to even add a few more bits and bobs to complement the story
whereas this season is cutting the corners. They fighting scenes of metal bat w/ elder centipede
and Garou were underwhelming
