From memory I was sure this was a vector flash but turns out it was just an embedded movie.
There's a flash preloader though, which serves no purpose other than wasting your time since
flash is a streaming format for videos embedded on the main timeline, so there's really no need
to require download of the whole thing before allowing people to start watching.

you need to remember that this was made more than a decade ago where the internet connection
speed wasn't that fast

unless i'm way off my memory here:
the flash plugin doesn't start playing a movie until it has buffered enough of it to play until
the end without disruption (assuming the same download speed). so a loading screen doesn't
improve the "watching experience" (after it starts playing it won't stop-start-stop-start)

the "flash plugin" plays frames as it loads them so the reason many of these older flashes have a
preloader is because the connection speed sucked and it would definitely have chugged and froze
if it started to play instantly
also I checked the script and it has this in the first frame
>ifFrameLoaded(1884)
>{
> gotoAndPlay(3);
>}
in the second it says to go back to the first one so it repeats until all of the frames are
loaded then it moves on to the third frame where the movie starts which is super interesting

preloaders also serve the point that flashes sometimes needs a lot or even all data loaded to
correctly function, for example games
also
>clearly a flash animation
>only a converted video of it still exists
this is why videos are a problem
