It's slowed down and a beat is added as well as the pitch pulled up to normal, I don't know a
version that does all 3, This could be the original source and the flash creator made the mp3.

I suggest ripping it from flash since that one has a higher bitrate (192kbps) over ripping it
from soundcloud (128kbps)

maybe his source mp3 was 128 and was just put as 192 in the flash by mistake? nobody can tell the
difference between 128 and 192 anyway (or even flac). MAYBE a difference can be heard if they are
played "side by side", but then it's 50/50 if they can guess which one of them are the 192 version
