The change notes aren't different. The only thing I can find is that you can poke her in the eye.

You can also now bend her legs during missionary now.

Changes spotted
1. Click on her eye to toggle tears.
2. In missionary, you can click on her legs to toggle them respectively.
3. After cumming (with hearts in eyes?), there is cum detail spewing from her filled orifice.
Didn't spot anything else, but the minor detail is much welcomed.
