Nope, that part of the sprite is a blue rectangle vector with a blue line vector on top of it.
Somebody with better artistic skills than me could delete the other shorts vectors, paint the
rectangle light green like the rest of her butt, and then redraw the blue outline black and add a
vag. The problem is matching your line strength to the rest of the outlines so it doesn't look out
of place.
