I dunno why the quality was off, looked fine in Flash, tried exporting with 100% JPEG quality and
tried a handful of other settings.
Trivial to remake if anyone wants to do it properly.

I figured it'd be best not to make trash and keep it on /f/ so I was gonna redo it.
Pretty sure that webm was the original content.
In any event, the webm was of a higher quaity than the flash's video. Everything looked fine on
my end until I exported it from Flash.

try to change the quality in the library, pick all of the images, right click, hit properties and
there you should be able to change it

maybe making the gif from the webm was the problem?
did you put it in as a video in flv? might wanna do that, if its not a gif naturally, just
convert the clip to muted flv vp6 and put in the mp3 on top

jpeg 80% is good enough most of the time and also greatly smaller, while jpg 100% is bigger than
png most of the time

if you use flv, then export settings don't affect it
you need to make the video as high quality as possible when converting and then set the framerate
and resolution in the fla to the same as the video
maybe your video player uses upscaling when you watched the flv before?
