  Did the flash support finally got cut off completely? Every flash I open just shows a black
  screen, sound seems to be playing normally though.
  Am I the only one with this issue? Is there some plugin I should install to get back in the game?
  I don't want to say goodbye to this board just yet

  Isn't flash projector a standalone thing? I mean sure I can download and play swf files, but it's
  kindof a pain compared to just opening it in firefox.

  Press Alt > Tools > Add-ons > Plugins > Shockwave Flash "..." button > Make sure Ask to Activate
  is checked.

  Still not working? Then press the same "..." button and select Options. Uncheck "Block dangerous
  and intrusive Flash content". I have it checked and it works for me here on /f/.

  I have Firefox 73.0.1 (64-bit) btw.

  Still not working? Press WinKey and type "control panel", enter it. See if you have an icon named
  "Flash Player (32-bit)". If not maybe you need to reinstall flash? I'm not sure if that icon only
  appears if you install the ActiveX version of flash however.

  Firefox doesn't use the ActiveX version of flash. Check if this file is on your computer:
  C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF64_32_0_0_330.dll

  If it isn't you probably need to reinstall flash (the NPAPI version). If it is... maybe try
  reinstalling Firefox?

  Also friendly reminder that if you use Firefox ESR you'll probably still be able to view flash in
  your browser for at least a few more years.

  I wonder what the real issue was for you, I mean I have regular Firefox (with auto-updates) and
  it works just like it did last week.

  If Firefox really are already rolling out flash disables for some people Mozilla are worse than I
  thought because they've said it will be supported until the end of 2020 and they should stick to
  what they've said no matter what.

  Try updating your system, rolling BACK your system, stop using a potato, or install Gentoo.
  There is no logical reason for your Flash display to be universally black, other than your CPU
