it's because there are still visual effects that slow down the flash, resize the browser window
to play the flash small and you'll see it goes up to 30 FPS
dunno if it's the glow around her or if the background still has a blur effect?
if there's one thing i wish Adobe did before abandoning flash it would be to make the flash
player plugin make use of your computer's graphics card for all visual effects instead of always
using the CPU to calculate the color of each pixel.

30 fps is still low for -8. he's been known for some smooth ass flashes.
