Since I'm nocturnal and am really sensitive to light when I'm sleeping, I have blackout curtains.
Over the years I've grown lazy and never open them. Opened them for the first time in forever
today, and I don't know what it is... but having sunlight come in my room makes me feel better
about my current outlook on life. Makes me feel like I can make it through.

i've got paper covering my windows since a really hot day two years ago and i havent bothered
removing it.
there's a little hole in the corner to keep my one plant alive.

Things might seem bleak and depressing at times, but we're all gonna make it, anon. Natural
sunlight tends to be good for your mental health. Make sure you're also staying hydrated, and try
to keep up with your hygiene as much as you can. We're all gonna make it one day.

Well at least I have the hygiene and hydration down pat. Drink a gallon a day, and take two
showers a day. Just need to work on that sunlight.

Showers feels great, ease the mind and the body. I sometimes do not only for hygiene.
