This is a parody of the pop and banter band "Discoteka Avaria", which was popular in Russia in the
late 90s and 00s.
The parody was made by павел яцына (Pavel Yatsyna) and his group "красная плесень" ("Red Mold"), a
popular performer of various things in the informal circles of Russia.
