Sorry, I tried looking around a little and at least I can confirm that the file was named
"Okkusenman.swf"
(8.75 MB).
but apart from that one dead mediafire download I got nothing.
Best option might actually be just to ask the creator of the video if he still had the file. The
comments suggest the video is still popular today.

Even if you can't find the original, you can at least rip a maxQ version from JewTube. What you
need to do is install firefucks if you don't have it, and get the Flashgot extension. Then, go to
the video page, right click, choose the flashgot option, and there will be a list of media
streams. Youtube nowadays is fucking weird, see? Instead of them having movie files with sound,
the videos are silent and instead they have a sound file that plays at the same time. It's
fucking weird, but: the upside of it is that you can yoink the fuck out of the audio.
IIRC, it's a .aac file, and since that's a hipster Apple audio format, fucking anything will play
it.

PS: If you're allergic to firefucks, there's a program called JDownloader which can do this too.
Downside is that it will probably open up your computers anus with malware if you don't download
it from the right place, but, hahahah, you're fucking Anon, aren't you? Figure it out.

i guess finding the orig audio would be like finding the holy grail
but at least it can be cleaned up with audacity or any audio editor
i think u can even use the hq instrumental version as background then adding the orig flash cover
to it
