Not a new version at all. This .swf was first seen by the archive on August 15th, 2014.

latest version? unless you mean loader, there is no official updates.
check undertow for any loader updates, sby just released v13.
even if this upload was a loader, you still need the entire repository of folders for it to work,
not one swf.
