I've done way wayy before the indie boom.
Seems kinda pointless to do so these days if you're not gonna make onions boomer faces on youtube
about it.
Can people even still appreciate a game that's just walking around a 2D empty screen, when
there's things like exploration in VR?
If you're gonna play yume nikki play one of the way better spiritual successors to it. People
have seriously improved on its concept.
Or how about that unity remake, seems about as meaningless wandering about as the original, just
in 2.5D.
