  virtual machine (wine) sounds like the easiest way option for adobe cs
  if you mean the player then just:
  1. Install adobe flash-projector for Linux
  2. Extract application file into your /usr/local/bin directory
  3. Make flashplayer the default program for .swf files
  or
  1. download tarball from get.adobe.com/flashplayer
  2. extract
  3. put flashplayer.so into relevant browser path (something like /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins)

  Just get flash CSx and install it through wine. I think 32 bit prefixes tend to work better.
  There will be some glitches here and there (interface ones mostly) but in my experience they have
  been annoying not function ruining.
  I use CS5 myself. Don't have the torrent anymore but one of these is bound to work:

  Heads up: I have reason to think that site is a honeypot but it's unparaleled for finding obscure
  stuff and your ip is public when torrenting anyway so not like it matters.

  Also from what I recall most adobe programs come without crack so search for adobe.snr.patch.v2.0-
  painter separately. Not gonna post it here because yada yada artistic works yada yada only a fool

  I found that CS5 works the worst. It is pretty buggy even under windoof.
  Rather get a good old CS3, or a CS6 I'd say.
  Don't forget that Adobe Animate is pretty much the same thing. So you might wanna check if that
  is subscription only and if not, chances are it will run smoother as it is rather new.

  When it comes to wine the newer the program the least likely it is to work. Except when the
  matter at hand is wmv playback, since because of how ingrained in the system it is windows media
  player has an specially hard hateboner for linux so it remains a mess across all time and space.
  Following that I'd go for CS3.

  so i was able to modify the hosts under linux cuz dur thats where it would be, did all the steps
  and was able to get to the point where it asked me for a serial again
  no luck after that though, same crash

  Damn. Well, I'm at my wit's end, nothing comes to mind short of uploading the whole prefix it is
  installed on, and I don't think I have the patience to strip it of personal data.
  Try some other version like it was said other in the thread, maybe >>3435697 is right and I just
  lucked out in getting CS5 to work.
  Looking at winehq CS6 seems to have the best results.
