if you mean how it sometimes assigns the wrong flash to a wiki i think that's more 4chan's fault
since their cache servers (cloudflare?) could serve different flashes in different parts of the
world. because 4chan stores uploaded swf files in the same place.
other than that swfchan counts threads/wiki-entries separately from the number of times it has
seen a flash, which could be outside of threads. so sometimes those numbers aren't the same, if
that's what you mean with a bug in how flashes are counted.
