Ah, this trick is actually a quirk of mathematics.
The board changes symbols every time, but if you look closely, you can see every multiple of 9 is
the same symbol. If you actually do the math for several of the "add them together, then
subtract", it'll always be a multiple of 9. So it's not reading your mind, it's just cheating.
