I don't know how to save flash files from swf, only view, whenever i "save target as" it either
saves as the actual webpage or it saves some other shit and when opened with Internet explorer
nothing happens.

You have to right click on the link to the file (eg. watamote_v4_high.swf)>Save link as.
Alternatively open the flash in a new tab>click in the address bar>ctl-S

the name of the swf not [embed]
this is literally the swf file, just save it however
