Out of interest, I tried to parse the swf and inspect a product info tag (and compile date
within) in it. Weirdly (or not?) the product info tag is not there, so no answers there.

Linux 'file' tool says it appears to have been made with flash 6, and a quick google says 7 was
released in September 2003. So, assuming they used the latest version at the time, this was
likely created between March 2002, and September 2003
