I thought it would be impossible at first, but the AI is actually very stupid and will stick to a
single path once it has chosen one, so you can make a wall with a single gap for the cat to go
through in the distance, and the cat will keep moving towards it even though you can block it in
a single move. You can then spend the time to make the envelopment larger and larger, until the
cat is one move away from going through the gap and close it at the last moment, and at that time
you can just finish walling the cat in at your leisure because the next path to an opening is
very long.
