to this day i never understood why 12 fps was kept as the default standard of flash. look at the
text scrolling up in the beginning, there's no reason why that couldn't be a much smoother 24 fps
but the creator didn't think about increasing the stage fps from the default.
i can understand why it was 12 fps when flash was new in the 90s, since high fps flashes would
really snail sites on the cpus at the time. but macromedia could have easily bumped the default
up to 24 in 2005.
