Trying to remebmer a flash, it was this like Soviet dictator guy marching to some russian music,
and he grabbed a random person off the street and threw em in the army to march.
Also unrelated but also trying to remember a similar animation that was on Youtube but had much
better animation, and like showed this kid growing up in the super military society that used
giant cannons.

Maybe, just maybe, the similar animation you're looking for, is Memories: Cannon Fodder. Can't
find it on youtube now tho. Maybe it was copyrighted or idk.
