  if it was just converted you can always just re-convert it, probably with higher quality than
  before if you know what you're doing

  really, it's easy:
  download the converter (needs JAVA) http://tools.swfchan.com/
  set to h264, filesize to 10mb and audio quality to something sufficient, also check if you might
  wanna change the resolution
  it will then automatically create a 10 mb flv with the highest visual quality possible

  afterwards download
  http://eye.swfchan.com/services/swfh264/
  to put the flv into a swf container
  add things like source and pick a filename
  then post here, voilà

  prepare that videos with more than 3 minutes will most likely suffer a lower visual fidelity, as
  converting videos to flash is a shitty practise most of the time

  Just converted the mp4 video to swf using some shitty online website converter and the file size
  blew up to 103 MBs lmao

  are there any software to convert on mac?

  I couldn't find any software that would work on mac to convert mp4 to swf.

  I mean, I got the swf for my collection though, but its over 100MBs and Idk how I'd shrink that
