This is pixelated, but obviously was converted from a swf vector flash (lack of shading, color
fills, the way hair etc is animated). Author is definitely nijioki. But the original version is
nowhere to be found.
I've lurked on swfchan, thatfeelwhen.online and flashanon's archive for this filename or its
alternatives. Danbooru search also did not help, they only have this rasterized version.
I don't have high hopes, but maybe a /f/riend could help? This is one of the few where I cannot
find the source.

there's always a chance that it was animated in flash, but never exported as a swf
