On a PC it's called "save link as". Don't know about mobile (which you are probably using?).
In short just open the file, you know the url that ends in .swf, and then save it, with file/save
as.
You save the opened page (that is a swf file) as just that. Like you save an open .doc as a .doc
on your hard drive.
This literally hasn't changed since the "death" of flash. The link to the swf is still there
visible as always.
Just the way how that swf is played in browser has changed for people too stupid to still use
flash.
