His lines don't have the same look vector lines do in terms of the aliasing(less sharp), the
color grading especially doesn't look like flash.
My guess is that this wasn't made in flash.

Huh, I thought it looked in line with his other animations, being on newgrounds and all. It's
from the "arrow to the knee" guy. Thought it was a case of newgrounds force converting everything
away from swf, but I guess you're right. Just could have sworn I've seen this posted at some
point. Must've been some Webm thread then.

No, that's the director/voice actor/sound producer. He comes up with these and voices them but
the animators are almost always different
