  This clip was clearly created using vector animation technology, and, most likely, in flash. I
  would like to find the original in .swf or .fla!

  more often than not, it doesn't exist
  people just don't release swf files anymore, if they even existed to begin with
  most people using flash draw the basis in adobe flash and then use video editing software for
  postediting
  so the final product isn't a swf
