It's a marvelous tutorial like many before it.
The people of /f/ will post it as needed.
I think if newfags can't into flash but want to, they could always ask and will do if they really
want to improve. A sticky only bugs the 99% oldfags that visit daily.
Swfchan also has a tutorial for simple loops on the page at all times.
In the end it comes down to the person either being computer illiterare as fuck and therefore no
real candidate to do so, or a growing member of /f/ who would and should understand how the board
and the creation process as well as the necessity for OC works.
