How do you edit your browser settings so that flashes open in a new tab instead of downloading
when you click them?
I'm on Chromium.

you can open swf files with the "standalone flash player". For some flashes with internet
dependencies or if you want to render flash you can use swivel. ruffle is a glitchy java based
player
