There are 5 endings:
S (6000+ plus all secrets),
A+ (6000+ no mistakes?),
A(6000+, some mistakes)
B (5000-5900),
C (4500-4900) (my personal favorite, no idea how I got here)
D (4000-4500), and E (4000-)
Not 100% sure about the scoring system, but you get heavily penalized at Winter.
Secrets are:
Spring (First Stage): Wood Pole near her legs, flower pot.
Summer (Second Stage): Snail, bag, weird piggy bank thing?
Autumn (Third Stage): Glasses, books (below the bookshelf you gotta click)
Winter (Fourth Stage): Santa Poster, weird seed under the shelf, and the yellow square on the
shrine.
Not sure if there's a C.
