Yesterday I downloaded flash CS6 and made this dumb loop, where can i learn flash to make better
loops or animations?

It depends on what you consider "better" animations.
For me personally, I always considered something I wanted to do in flash, because I know what it
can do from years of lurking.
Going from that I searched step by step how to achieve said things (got everything to work except
2 things, although nothing really outstanding for someone who actually learned how2flash).
Probably helps to know a lot of actionscript 3.
I just discovered a tidbit here and there and collected them for usage in future flashes.
For example: A simple loop plays the music forever, which means it looses sync if it lags or
stop/replays.
You can build a preloader that also stops all music playing on the first frame and put the actual
loop on 2nd onward.
Then if you put a play button in there or people use the context menue to restart the flash, the
music starts playing from the beginning.

>not setting the proper framerate
>drag n drop the whole ass mp3 song into the stage
>leaving the default audio encoding
>no sauce under the flash
>white background

take apart other people's flashes and see how they set theirs up.

the most important thing is that the music will loop.
