It probably makes more sense to think of humans in terms of transarchaeanism than to think of
whatever will exist by the time the sun burns out in terms of transhumanism. It certainly is
complete nonsense the way this flash presents these "posthumans" dealing with stellar evolution
the way 20th century society dealt with electrical power plant engineering. Just one billion
years ago was very much pre-Cambrian. We have absolutely no way of imagining anything that has
the capacity to operate as some sort of society over the course five billion years, much less the
time scale depicted in this flash. It's offensively stupid.
